Private Pay:
- Individual Sessions: $125.00 per session
- Couples/Marital: $145.00 per session
- Clinical Consultation: $65.00 per 30 minutes
- Clinical Supervision: $135.00 per session
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Our practice accepts the following:
- EAP referrals
- Self-referrals
- Court Referrals
Insurance: You must call your insurance company and obtain information regarding your eligibility, i.e., number of sessions authorized, co-pay and deductible information prior to the first session.
